  1. Beat cream in a chilled glass or metal bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix condensed milk and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Fold in whipped cream with a spatula until just combined. Pour into a freezer-safe container. Freeze until completely frozen, 5 to 8 hours.

Thank you for making ano-churn ice cream recipe. I don’t have the money for a mixer.

Easy and quick - thanks for a great recipe. Can also add 1-2 tablespoons of espresso powder for coffee flavor. Leave in the vanilla, since it's the booze that keeps it from freezing rock hard.
