Directions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cut garlic in half and smash with the blade of a knife. Place in a bowl with oil, salt, and paprika. Add cauliflower and turn to coat.
  3. Place the coated cauliflower in the bowl of the air fryer and cook to desired crispiness, about 15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.

Footnotes

  • Cook's Note:
  • After 15 minutes, the cauliflower will still have some crunch; cook for an additional 5 minutes if you want it crispier. The timing really depends on the size of the cauliflower, so check frequently.

Delicious! Watch carefully, as if you are using smaller florets they will be almost burnt crispy at 15 minutes. We loved this recipe and will use it frequently. Three cloves of garlic sounds lik...

So delicious! I did add five minutes to the time, as suggested in the Cook’s Note. Maybe I’ll use a bit less salt next time, but we gobbled this up in no time!

My husband, and I did not care for this one. Maybe it was us. We will not make it again.
