  1. Combine olive oil, onion, and garlic powder in a skillet over medium heat and heat until oil starts to sizzle, about 3 minutes. Add zoodles and toss with pasta tongs. Cook for 5 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
