  1. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
  2. Combine broken pretzels, chopped cookies, candy corn, and raisins in a bowl. Spread mixture into the prepared pan.
  3. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted, 1 to 3 minutes.
  4. Drizzle melted chocolate over the mixture in the pan. Allow to harden, about 1 hour. Break into bite-sized pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
