  • Cover slow cooker and cook on Low for 4 hours; stir after each hour.

If you are in a hurry, you can cook this soup on Medium-High for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Note that this is a thick soup; you can thin it out by adding more water or chicken broth once it is all fully combined.

It was not thick at all. Too much parm for my taste but then I didn't use fresh which may have helped I was anxious to use broccoli from my garden but I should have chopped it Possibly tweaks would help but I'm not sure its worth it Read More
