  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1 apple, sliced

  • 1 banana, sliced


  1. Combine yogurt, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl. Stir dip until mixed. Serve with fruit.
