For something called Chickpea Chaat, I'd expect the chickpeas to be the star of the dish. Given the amount of cucumber called for (2 whole cucumbers for only 2 servings), the chickpeas definitely get lost in the dish. I decided to tweak the amounts - I only used 1 cucumber and doubled the chickpeas. Even then there was quite a bit of cucumber. I also decided to add a bit more chaat masala, as the flavor was very subtle. This was a nice refreshing lunch, and one that i'd make a gain with these tweaks.
