  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Add pork chops to hot oil in the skillet in a single layer and cook until golden, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

This was very good and easy. I will cut the brown sugar a bit next time. I thought because I didn t use a very sweet BBQ sauce I could go with the recommended sweetness. Maybe just cut it in half. Quite good. A keeper! Read More
