Good, simple recipe if you go with a solid store-bought pesto. Would be even better with homemade in summer with garden tomatoes. Be careful with the seasoning on the broccoli, as the pesto saltiness bleeds down into it. Kid-friendly and a nice way to sneak in a tasty low-carb, nutrient-heavy satisfying meal.

This was a tasty dish that was fun and easy to make. The changes made to this recipe were: *cutting the 2 lbs of chicken breast into 6 equal as possible pieces. Therefore the finished recipe was 6 servings. *Also changed the pinch of salt and black pepper to 1/2 teaspoon each *omitted the salt on the broccoli *used regular tomatoes vs Roma *used a 10" x 18" griddle pan for baking Note: * pesto makes melts and creates the broccoli to be favorable although a bit salty *recommend using smaller pre-packaged (8) breast size pieces or 1lb of chicken if cooking for 2 with leftovers
