  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccolini to the hot oil. Cook and stir until broccolini has softened and is green and glossy, 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Add broth. Season with salt and sugar. Continue to cook until most of the broth has evaporated and broccolini is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in soy sauce.


  • Cook's Note:
  • Chicken broth works really well and adds extra flavor if you are not vegetarian. You can also add garlic if you like before adding the broccolini.

I sauteed 2 garlic cloves with it as well and used chicken broth. came out really good.
