  • Combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan. Heat until just boiling; pour mixture over cooked rice. Let stand 30 minutes. Serve warm with sliced mango.

I love Sticky Thai rice but had no idea how easy it was to make at home. This came together very quickly and tasted just like what I get at my local Thai restaurant. Next time I will put a little less rice in because it soaked up the majority of the coconut milk mixture. Read More
