  • Spread broccolini in an even layer in the roasting pan. Sprinkle garlic over broccolini. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Season with salt and pepper.

I love broccolini but have never roasted it before. The simple flavors of garlic and olive oil worked perfect with the broccolini. The only problem I had was my broccolini stems were bigger so they were still a little crunchy by the time the florets were getting browned. Read More
