  1. Mix flour, dashi, egg, zucchini, cabbage, carrot, and 1 green onion in a large bowl for the batter.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour in batter. Top with bacon slices. Cook until golden brown, 5 to 15 minutes per side. Top with okonomiyaki, mayonnaise, and remaining green onion.


  • Cook's Note:
  • Substitute water for the dashi and Worcestershire sauce for the okonomiyaki sauce if desired.
