"I made up this simple recipe about a year ago that I thought was similar to peanut butter and jam! Since then I have been hooked and haven't eaten any other type of yogurt since! I include this healthy choice about every second day as part of my breakfast as it is quite filling and I find very satisfying! This treat can be used as a great snack or dessert and is quite high in protein and low in sugar."

- Combine yogurt, raspberries, peanut butter, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, and stevia together in a bowl. Mash with a fork until thoroughly mixed.

I have even stirred in a scoop of chocolate protein powder, which thickens it and turns it like the consistency of a pudding! You can use any type of sweetener you desire, whether liquid or powder.

- You can substitute hemp seed for the flaxseed meal. Use strawberries in place of raspberries, if you like.
