  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
  3. Spread beef onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole pan. Stir in bacon pieces.
  4. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in 8 ounces Cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour egg mixture over the beef and bacon. Top with the remaining 4 ounces cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, 30 to 35 minutes.

I cooked the bacon first as I was worried about all the grease. It's not bad; breakfast for dinner is OK sometimes.

Simple and easy to make.....

Looks good I used 2 and a half cups of cheddar and 1/2 pound of bacon(only because that’s all I had). Also added some Cajun seasoning to the ground beef. Turned out pretty good. I’d make it again

I used 8 eggs like the recipe calls for, but it was too much. It came out as scrambled eggs on top. Next time I'm only using 4 or 5 eggs.
