Zucchini Smoothie


Zucchini blended with orange juice and banana makes a healthier and great-tasting breakfast smoothie. And don't worry, you can't even taste the zucchini in it.

  • ½ cup ice cubes, or as needed (Optional)

  • ½ zucchini, shredded

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ½ cup orange juice


  1. Combine ice cubes, zucchini, banana, and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Cook's Notes:

Using overripe or dark green zucchini will make this smoothie not so yummy.

You can add sugar or other sweetener if you have a sweet tooth, but I find it plenty sweet from the banana.
