This was a really good and is definitely a fantastic alternative to the sugary drinks you'd find in a coffee shop. Perfect for keto! I used erythritol instead of xylitol - just personal preference. I highly recommended blending everything in a blender instead of just shaking it in a mug - the latter won't incorporate everything enough and the ingredients will end up separating in your mug with a layer of fat floating on the top. You might also want to remove the heavy cream from the fridge ahead of time to get the chill out or you might need to reheat your coffee a bit before drinking if you like it nice and hot. Read More

Quick and easy. I had it for a quick breakfast and it kept me pretty full. It was a little too sweet for me though so I ll put a little less sweetener in it next time. Great option when you re in a hurry or just aren t a breakfast person. Read More
