  • Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, granulated garlic, honey, onion powder, white pepper, and ginger together in a bowl. Transfer to a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag.

I use this to marinate 1 1/2 pounds of flank steak. Place steak into the bag with the marinade; seal the bag, pushing out as much air as possible so the meat is covered in the liquid. Refrigerate at least 6 hours, or preferably, overnight.

This was really good! It is a lot different than what I am used to and it was a nice change. I didn't have fresh and we don't exactly love it so I left it out. Because I left it out I decided to add some Sriracha to give it some kick. Delicious! Read More
