  • Combine onion, cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, oregano, red pepper flakes, and garlic in a large bowl.

Made as written and these turned out good. A little different than regular way of making skirt steak tacos but sometimes different is good. The one thing I did not like about this was the red pepper flakes. They seemed out of place to me. Next time I'll substitute cayenne. Read More

Very simple recipe & very tasty. Used more garlic and onion powder vs onion in the marinade. On the grill Sunday quickly then sliced and on the griddle Tuesday with the onions and peppers. Fast weekday meal and yum! Definitely worth trying! Read More
