This is a recipe I use to throw a potato on the grill while I am grilling. I like how it makes the skin crispy and the center soft. Use whatever toppings you like, as in butter, sour cream, cheese, and bacon bits.

Talk about simple. These were excellent! When it comes to baked potatoes I am lazy and stick them in the microwave. If I have the time I won't be doing that anymore. I know the most nutrition is in the peel but I've never been a fan. The peel turns out so crispy in this recipe that I gobbled it up. Thanks for sharing! Read More

This recipe worked great. Potatoes were cooked perfectly and the salt and oil added flavor to the potatoes. Read More
