  • 4 kohlrabi bulbs, peeled and grated

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, or to taste

  • ½ lemon, juiced, or more to taste

  • celery salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Place kohlrabi into a bowl. Season with oil, lemon juice, celery salt, and pepper.
