  1. Warm oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir until soft, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until soft, 6 to 8 minutes more. Add beans and reserved liquid, tarragon, and enough creamer to cover the beans. Bring to a simmer. Cook down until cream thickens, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.


  • Cook's Note:
  • You can use fresh tarragon in place of the dried, if you like.
