These cookies are healthier than normal cookies, quick and easy to make and tasted delicious! almost the same as normal cookies. I used Stevia sugar and Stevia brown sugar for a healthier alternative to normal sugar. I accidentally made mine too big so the recipe only made 14. Ill definitely be making these cookies again.
Great recipe! I was originally going to make almond flour cookies but didn’t have enough, so I found this recipe with almond and coconut flour. I’m glad it worked out this way because the texture is far superior to purely almond flour cookies. I added the rolled oats but left out the shredded coconut, and baked them in one tbsp balls. Flattened some of the balls out and I love how crispy they got. Still chewy but nice, crispy and browned. Mmm!
