  1. Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until translucent, about 4 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. Combine eggs, salt, and allspice in a bowl. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl. Dip morel mushroom caps into the egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
  3. Thread alternating pieces of bacon and morels onto skewers.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, until bacon is browned, 5 to 7 minutes.
