Ingredients

Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • fresh ground black pepper

  • sea salt

Salad:

  • 6 cups broccoli florets, chopped

  • 1 apple - peeled, cored, and chopped

  • ½ cup slivered almonds

  • ½ cup grated carrots

  • ¼ cup diced red onion

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, agave nectar, garlic, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and sea salt together in a bowl.

  2. Combine broccoli, apple, almonds, carrots, red onion, and cranberries in a separate bowl.

  3. Pour dressing into the salad; toss until well-coated. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Tips

Use honey in place of agave nectar, if desired.
