"Kale and beet smoothie developed over 3 years to perfection! Try to use all organic items if possible. If you don't drink it immediately, it will thicken; I then just use a spoon and eat it for lunch. The flavor changes and becomes sweeter."

  1. Combine kale, cranberry juice, blueberries, beet, flax seeds, chia seeds, milk thistle seed powder, and green tea powder in a high speed blender (such as NutriBullet(R)). Add water to reach the blender's fill line. Blend until smooth.
