Easy Cheesecake Salad

A very quick and easy dessert salad that tastes just like cheesecake. The salad can also be placed in a graham cracker pie crust for no-bake version of cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant French vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping

  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. Mix milk and pudding together in a bowl. Set aside.

  2. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together in a large bowl. Fold in whipped topping. Stir in milk-pudding mixture. Top salad with pie filling. Chill until ready to serve.

Cook's Note:

Try blueberry pie filling, if you prefer.
