The best pizza ever! I made a few changes that really took this pizza to the next level. I bought a serving of gyro meat from a local shop and added to the pizza. I also sautéed the red onions and added artichokes. The lemon zest on the crust is a game changer. Definitely do not skip that step. I baked the pizza in the oven on a stone at 400 25-30 minutes. Delicious!
