2.26.21 I tried a new brand of tortellini with a blend of 5 cheeses, and it worked beautifully in this salad. I added the tortellini, chicken, and arugula to a bowl, gave it a quick stir, poured the dressing on top, and tossed it with the pasta-chicken-arugula mixture, then plated it. I thought this way would be less messy than trying to incorporate the dressing on the salad already on the plate.
