I've never made a fat bomb before but I thought this was simple and tasted good. I put them in a mini-muffin tin and froze for 30 minutes and they popped right out. I used a salted natural peanut butter so I didn't add salt. Read More

These are very good and very easy to make. My only problem was they have to stay refrigerated at all times or they immediately before to get soft and messy. But I will definitely make them again since they are such perfect little one bite treats. (I made them in mini muffins tins) they popped out much easier when I treated the cups with non-stick spray.
