  1. Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger together in a bowl; set dipping sauce aside.
  2. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add edamame and boil until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Serve pods with the sauce for dipping.

Really enjoyed the dip. We usually eat edamame just with salt but this was very nice.
