Easy Vegan Tuna Salad

This is a delightful vegan tuna salad recipe that is sinfully delicious! Great on sandwiches or in salads. Also, this dish is cheap to make! Garnish it with pickles.

  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained

  • ½ cup vegan mayonnaise

  • 2 dill pickles, chopped

  • 1 green onion, chopped

  • cup minced celery

  • 1 ½ teaspoons nutritional yeast

  • 1 ½ teaspoons soy sauce


  1. Mash garbanzo beans with a fork, making sure to flatten all the beans. Mix with mayonnaise, dill pickles, green onion, celery, nutritional yeast, and soy sauce.
