Cook's Notes:

Substitute yellow mustard for the Dijon mustard if preferred.

Black salt can be found in many Asian and Indian grocery stores. Substitute regular table salt for the black salt if you don't have it. Start with a little less than 1/2 teaspoon, then add more if needed.
