- Mix vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, relish, sugar, onion powder, dill, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika in a bowl until well combined. Add tofu and gently stir to completely coat.
- Cook's Notes:
- Substitute yellow mustard for the Dijon mustard if preferred.
- Black salt can be found in many Asian and Indian grocery stores. Substitute regular table salt for the black salt if you don't have it. Start with a little less than 1/2 teaspoon, then add more if needed.
