This was a great recipe. Maybe a little too much mango and the sweetness overpowered the fish a bit but this is probably because the mangos are so big here. I added cucumbers to it as well. I think avocados at the end might be a good addition. Very well done! Read More

I haven't actually made this yet but as I watched the video, I couldn't help but question why you would call a serrano pepper a jalapeño and use an avocado that was so turning bad. I have always found your recipes to be very good ... and this may be as well. As someone who loves to cook and worked for many years in marketing and advertising on many a restaurant client ... the food stylist, art director and client should all have known better.
