  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a rimmed 9x12-inch baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Place salmon fillets and asparagus in a single layer.
  2. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl. Drizzle garlic mixture over salmon and asparagus. Season with salt and pepper. Place lemon rounds on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until salmon flakes easily with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.

YUM This was so good. used broccoli for asparagus - what I had - Easy, good, quick and filling. Healthy, too. Thanks, Fiona, for a great recipe we will use often.

Loved this one so much!!

I like this recipe a lot, but I agree with what someone said below to add some herbs. I added dried oregano, dried parsley & dried basil, which added a lot!

I cut the oil down to 1 T. And the lemon juice to 3 T. But everything else the same. The dish was absolutely delicious

Great flavor! I used fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Really yummy & easy. But there’s Way too much oil. I made 1/2 the recipe and probably a teaspoon would have been enough.
