Drizzle some olive oil over the piece of beef or prime rib and rub the seasoning all over. Bake at 225 degrees F (110 degrees C) until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 118 degrees F (48 degrees C).

"Great on any beef" says the recipe submitter. Indeed it is! I used this on 2 1/2 pounds of sirloin steak and you talk about tender and flavorful. I'll be making a huge batch of this to keep on hand for ribs and you name it. I make a lot of rubs and they all turn out good but this one stood out as being one of the better ones I've tried lately.
