  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add parsley and garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink, 3 to 4 minutes. Drizzle with white wine and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Saute briefly until flavors combine, 1 to 2 minutes.

Just made this. Added one cup frozen peas and some sliced cherry tomatoes for flavor & color. Would add much more fresh garlic if make again. I also served with linguini.

Loved it - served w/linguine. As hubby said, so simple, yet so tasty!

I made this for my family without the pasta,a long with steak,rice and sauteed vegetables. It was a hit????. Thanks for the recipe??
