  1. Combine tomatoes, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, water, garlic, and Cajun seasoning in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours. Add shrimp and rice and cook until rice is tender, about 1 hour more.

  • You can also cook on High for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
