  1. In a saucepan, combine the chicken, Southwest vegetable mix, chicken broth, tomato sauce, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and cilantro.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Serve with wonton strips, cheese, and sour cream, if desired.

Made it as written but had to add cayenne as I didn’t have a jalepeno. Delicious. We both had seconds!

No changes & will make again! Delicious

Delicious!! Instead of the frozen veggies I used celery, onion. Peppers and pinto beans. I added cooked spinach when it was ready to serve. Great recipe.

Husband loved it because it had some kick to it.

Delicious and hardy.

I might make some changes next time,depending on what I have on hand. I’m thinking about casseroles now,so I’m going to try different ingredients.
