Hubby loved the spice but said it was too salty. I used an entire head of cauliflower (so more than 1 lb) and my curry was salt-free. 1 tsp sounds ok to me but maybe I didn’t mix well enough. Will make again.
I love cauliflower and love curry. Made NO changes to the recipe. The flavor is good 5 out of 5. The texture is gritty. I prefer roasted cauliflower w/ olive oil and garlic because I like the texture better.
