  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add tofu cubes; pour in soy sauce and mirin. Saute tofu until lightly browned on all sides and warmed through, about 5 minutes.


  • Cook's Notes:
  • Frozen and thawed tofu will work even better.
  • Use olive oil in place of butter, if you prefer.
