  1. Place egg, coconut oil, and butter in a blender. Add hot coffee; blend on low until combined, about 1 minute. Pour into a coffee cup and sprinkle cinnamon on top of the froth.

  • Substitute 1 teaspoon MCT oil for the coconut oil, if desired.
  • I prefer grass-fed butter.
