Kefir comes in a variety of flavors. Dairy or nut milk is also an option, but the consistency will change.

Almond butter can be substituted with peanut butter.

Absolutely delicious! This was fast and easy to make; and so wonderfully creamy with little hint of tartness that I will definitely make it again! I left out the honey (it was sweet enough for me without it) used a whole small banana and added a pinch of cinnamon. Read More
