I cooked in an instapot pressure cooker. I made this using left over beef roast fro the night prior. Shredded the beef, added all ingredients except the sour cream. Poured egg noodles on top. Put the pot on high pressure sealed for 15 min. And 5 min Natural Release. Then released remaining pressure and stirred in sour cream. Definitely do not cook noodles longer than 15 min. They
Great recipe. I didn't have any cream of mushroom soup but was able to re-create using the pan drippings, flour, milk and the mushroom "juice" from the can. It turned out great! I will be making this again.

Easy to make - my family wasn't overly impressed. Just ok.
This was too bitter the first time I made it. The second time, I cut the amount of sour cream in half and it was much better. Got the suggestion after the fact to substitute half and half or whipping cream so I will try that next time.

We used cream cheese instead of cream of mushroom and farro instead of noodles. Also we used nutmeg.
