I cooked in an instapot pressure cooker. I made this using left over beef roast fro the night prior. Shredded the beef, added all ingredients except the sour cream. Poured egg noodles on top. Put the pot on high pressure sealed for 15 min. And 5 min Natural Release. Then released remaining pressure and stirred in sour cream. Definitely do not cook noodles longer than 15 min. They

Great recipe. I didn't have any cream of mushroom soup but was able to re-create using the pan drippings, flour, milk and the mushroom "juice" from the can. It turned out great! I will be making this again.

Quick way to get Beef Stroganoff on the table for your family on a weeknight. The recipe was solid overall, I thought it could have been a bit more flavorful, I might add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce next time around. Thanks!
This is a really easy recipe and very tasty. I used steak (sliced after cooking) instead of the ground beef.

Creamy, delicious, easy, and quick! Everything a tired Mummy could want. Bonus the Toddler ate three serving (THREE!!!) of the noddles and sauce (she didn’t like the meat). This one is definitely getting added to the recipe book! I left out adding the canned mushrooms because my husband doesn’t like big chunks of them. I also used Better Than Bullion in the beef flavor instead of the beef broth, and just used a hunk of beef from the freezer instead of ground beef. This is definitely being added to our monthly meal rotation list!
I replaced the ground beef with steak. My daughter who's very picky loves this recipe!
I liked that I had all the ingredients, but I did use fresh mushrooms that I sauteed on the side and then added with the garlic and herbs. Very tasty.
I like this recipe because it’s pretty easy, and very tasty. I had to adjust the amount of thyme to 1/8 tsp just for our taste and I omitted the mushrooms.
Have made this several times. Always delicious. Prep time is minimal.
Great recipe and one of our favorites. Quick & easy. Great for leftover Brisket or steak!
