Chocolate Chip Banana Cookie Bars

Rated as 4 out of 5 Stars

"These cookie bars came about when I had a few extra bananas that needed to be used. They are super yummy and really easy to make! After baking they should still be a bit soft and a little gooey. These have been a definite hit!"

These were tasty but I found the banana flavor to be a bit over powering. They also did not hold up very well as bars, they are more cake-like.
