Thanksgiving Leftovers "Ramen"

Tired of the same old reheated leftovers? I combined these staples, boiled some noodles, and came out with a tasty alternative.

4 bowls

  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti

  • 6 cups turkey stock

  • 1 cup turkey gravy

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, or to taste

  • 2 cups roughly chopped roasted turkey

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.

  2. Reheat turkey stock in a separate pot over medium-low heat. Stir in gravy and soy sauce.

  3. Combine 1/4 of the noodles, 1 1/2 cups broth mixture, and 1/2 cup chopped turkey in a bowl; repeat with remaining noodles, broth, and turkey.

Cook's Note:

Use any leftover stock and gravy you have on hand. I had made Allrecipes' Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy.
