  1. Mix vegan mayonnaise, soy milk, apple cider vinegar, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and black pepper together in a bowl until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours to meld flavors.


  • Cook's Notes:
  • Any plain, non-dairy milk can be used in this recipe.
  • You can use 1 teaspoon dried parsley and 1/4 teaspoon dried dill in place of the fresh herbs.

While I prefer fresh herbs, I used dried as mentioned in the footnotes because that is all I had. With that being said, I think using fresh would be perfect as written but if using dry, I think ...
