Very tasty and easy! I felt the mixture a little dry for our taste, so I added a TBS of olive oil. I also added halved cherry tomatoes, as illustrated in the picture. It'll be part of my regular lunch rotation. Thanks for the recipe!

7.18.21 The recipe doesn’t list tomatoes, but they’re in the photo, so I added them. And I would recommend you include the tomatoes because they add nice flavor and give you a little pop of color (more eye appeal). The briny artichokes pair perfectly with the leftover grilled chicken, and the tang of the feta makes this a really nice sandwich. We had this for Sunday lunch today, each person getting half a pita (big dinner planned). I’m always on the lookout for tasty sandwiches, and this will show up again soon for a summer soup and sandwich dinner.
