  1. Press carrots, apples, and orange slices through a juicer and into a large glass. Stir in flaxseed oil.


  • Cook's Note:
  • If you are skeptical about the flaxseed oil you can start with a few drops, but flaxseed oil is a rich source of ALA which gets converted to omega-3 fatty acids, all good stuff.
