  1. Press Roquefort cheese through a sieve. Combine Roquefort cheese, butter, and sherry in a bowl and stir until smooth. Fill cheese mixture into a pastry bag with a star nozzle and fill celery pieces with cheese mixture.


  • Cook's Notes:
  • You can also just use a knife to spread the cheese mixture into the celery pieces if you're in a rush.
  • Substitute another type of blue cheese for the Roquefort if desired.
